A: We are a manufacturer, providing OEM & ODM service.
Q: How about your delivery time? Especially for samples?
A: 2~3 days for regular sample; 5-7 days for mass order after received the payment.

A: The MOQ is 10 pcs per kind

A: As a manufacturer, a favorable discount will be offered if the quantity is fitable.
Q: Do you charge for sample?
A: Yes, it is refundable if you place order for more than 300pcs/item.
Q:How do you control the quality ?
A:We control the product quality by IQC, three tests on production lines, and 100% aging testing before packaging. We have got the ISO 13485 Quality control Certificate.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
A:We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT. It usually takes 4-5days to arrive. By air,by sea are also acceptable.
